TERMS OF SERVICE - LOB-U

Welcome to LOB-U.com!  By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT

All products are made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful.  This means every item is created just for you once your order is placed.  Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.  

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery at Lob.u.merch@gmail.com with photos and your order number.  We will gladly replace or refund the affected item.

PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through Shopify's trusted payment system.  We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from Printful's nearest facility.  Delivery times may vary depending on the product and your location.  You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made before the order has entered production.  Once printing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
