SHIPPING POLICY - LOB-U

Thank you for shopping at LOB-U.com!  All of our pickleball merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful.  This means each item is created just for you once you place your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and production before your items ship. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Average delivery times (after fulfillment) is typically 3-8 business days for the United States.  You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.  This helps us get your items to you faster and ensures the best quality from each facility.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please email Lob.u.merch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.  We will work with Printful to make it right as quickly as possible.
