Thank you for shopping at LOB-U.com! Every item is "made to order" through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. We take great care to ensure your pickleball inspired merchandise arrives just as you expect it.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If your item arrives MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE, please e-mail us within 30 days of delivery at Lob.u.merch@gmail.com with the following information:
*Your order number
*A clear photo showing the issue
*A brief description of what is wrong
Once we verify the issue, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.
RETURNS FOR SIZE, COLOR, OR BUYER'S REMORSE
Because each item is printed ON DEMAND, we do not accept returns or exchanges for SIZE, COLOR, OR PERSONAL PREFERENCE. Please check size charts and product details before ordering.
WRONG OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will notify you right away if this occurs.
RETURN WINDOW
You are responsible for reporting any issues within 30 days after the product has been received. After that time, we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds.
